Through this video series, PolicyWise is supporting Alberta Education’s Welcoming, Caring, Respectful, Safe Learning Environments initiative (mental health, social and behaviour support, inclusion, character and citizenship, bullying prevention). Essentially, the initiative supports the creation of the environments necessary for students to feel safe and secure and able to learn (and complete high school). The series’ focus is on topics related to evidence-based strategies that support all students in being successful. The Supporting Every Student Learning Series addresses the outcomes of the cross-ministry work of Human Services, Health, and Education to build system capacity for learning environments that are welcoming, caring, respectful, and safe and collaborative systems.
The purpose of this survey is to understand how viewers accessed the video series, what is being learned, and how those lessons may or may not be put into practice. The results of the survey will be used to inform future projects related to the Supporting Every Student Learning Series.
This survey will take approximately 1-3 minutes to complete.
Your participation in this survey is voluntary. The information you provide will be used only for the indicated purpose in conformity with the Alberta Freedom of Information and Protection of Privacy Act. Your answers are confidential and will be used only for project purposes. Following ethical standards, the information you provide will be stored in a secure database for five years and then destroyed. The results of this project will be analyzed and reported only in group format. No single person or agency will be identifiable.
