Community nonprofits are less optimistic about the upcoming year compared to the previous quarter. They have more optimism than the private sector.
Community nonprofits anticipate reduced operating income and increased demand over the coming quarter.
Community nonprofits report skilled employee recruitment and retention as top obstacles over the next three months. These are followed by labour force shortages. Nonprofits plan to increase wages for existing and new employees and offer paid on-the-job training opportunities to keep and attract employees.
