Meet Samantha. Her father died when she was just a little girl. Feeling lonely and depressed in her teenage years, she turned to alcohol and drugs for comfort. As a young teen she found herself pregnant. Eventually, her daughter was apprehended. Wanting to change the direction of her life and create a stable, healthy and loving home for her daughter, she worked with her Outcomes Based Service Delivery (OBSD) Team and is well on the road to recovery. Every day is a challenge, but a healthy challenge. Watch Samantha’s story and learn how her team supported her goals through the OBSD initiative.
