The C5 Collaborative Data Linkage Project was a two-year initiative between the agencies of the C5 collaborative and PolicyWise. Within the C5 collaborative are: Bent Arrow Traditional Healing Society, Boyle Street Community Services, Edmonton Mennonite Centre for Newcomers, Norwood Child & Family Resource Centre, and Terra Centre.
Data informs the work of the C5 collaborative. As part of the C5 Collaborative Data Linkage Project, PolicyWise and C5 agency staff delved deeper into the uses and possibilities of data within the C5 collaborative. Outcomes of the project included: a synthesis of the quality of data used to carry out select programs within the agencies, a case study on how data overlaps across agencies, identification of data-related strengths within the agencies, and opportunities and recommendations for maximizing the use of data within the agencies.
This project was made possible by generous support from the Stollery Charitable Foundation and the Don & Joan Stanley Family Fund at the Edmonton Community Foundation.
