Aileen Burke

Aileen Burke is an experienced lobbyist, researcher, facilitator, and communicator. She has been involved in creating and adapting policies and procedures, as well as complex problem-solving. She has extensive knowledge of the non-profit sector, with more than 15 years in frontline management and volunteer roles.

Aileen pursued her master’s degree in political science at the University of Lethbridge. Her studies focused on public policy and systems integration as it relates to the Housing First approach. She has also put her political advocacy to work by running for office at the municipal, provincial, and federal levels.

Aileen joined PolicyWise’s Board of Directors in 2025.
