Mark Razzolini

Mark Razzolini is a passionate senior executive who enjoys using his experience to help both his workplace and his community through volunteering. He currently serves as Senior Vice President and Chief People Officer at Alberta Blue Cross. This position includes looking after:

• Human resources and payroll
• Facilities
• Learning and development
• Wellness
• Innovation

Under Mark’s leadership, Alberta Blue Cross has won several awards. These included the Premier’s Award for Healthy Workplaces five years in a row, the Healthy Leadership Award from the Alberta government, and recognition as one of Alberta’s Top 70 Employers. The company also earned a spot in the Top 10 Cultures in Canada.

Mark has a Bachelor of Arts Degree and a human resources certificate from the University of Alberta. He also has a project leadership certificate from NAIT, and more training in executive planning, human resources, and senior leadership from Queen’s University. He completed the Prosci Change Management Certification and is also a Chartered Professional in Human Resources (CPHR) with CPHR Alberta.

Mark joined PolicyWise’s Board of Directors in 2021.

He was made Board Chair in the fall of 2025. He previously served as the Board Vice Chair from 2023 to 2025.
