What is the Spark Guide?

The Spark Guide offers a much-needed resource in today’s increasingly diverse world. It is a practical resource for Alberta early learning and child care providers looking for tools that effectively support children and families from various cultural backgrounds.

Whether you work at a family day home, a daycare centre, a preschool, or a kindergarten classroom, the Spark Guide offers valuable insights. It is filled with flexible strategies, real-world experiences, and practical advice to help educators and program leaders build the knowledge, skills, and confidence to offer culturally responsive child care.
