The Mental Health Commission of Canada reviewed a range of frameworks used to address mental health inequity in Canada, including sex- and gender-based analysis plus (SGBA+), intersectionality, health equity, anti-racism, decolonization, and mental health recovery. Their Needs Assessment Report offers guidance for integrating these approaches into a comprehensive equity framework for mental health policy and programming.
